Bio: comes to Boston after spending 2001-2006 as the player development director for the Indians. Didn't have the most amazing pitching career, but frankly which major league pitching coaches do. I could do this job for Christ sake. Anyways, he started 109 games in his career and was a second round draft choice by the Cleveland Indians in the 1984 amateur draft.
